Rates are stated as per 2 person per night and depend on the length of stay and the season. Local taxes are not included in the price.
The local tax (€ 2,50) per person (aged 14 years and over) per day is to pay on departure.
For each additional person in the apartment will be charged € 20,00 per day.
The rates include:
- one parking space per room or apartment in front of the building
- one RittenCard per person: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, including the Renon cable car and narrow-gauge railway during your stay plus great discounts in the holiday region!
- in the apartments and double rooms: one set of towels and bed linen. Upon request, the towels and linen can be changed or your room cleaned for an additional fee. You are also welcome to use our laundry service (incurs a charge).
Important information:
- On your day of arrival, you can check in to your apartment from 2 pm to 10 pm. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:30 am. If you would like late departure between 10:30 am and 2 pm, 50% of the daily rate will be charged. If you would like late departure after 2 pm, the full daily rate will be charged.
- A surcharge per person per night will be charged for every additional person staying in the apartment.
- We charge €35.00 for the final cleaning of the apartment.
- Prices may vary depending on the season, size and location of the room or apartment. The listed rates may be subject to change at short notice.
- We accept the following payment methods: cash (up to a total of € 999.00 for EU citizens), debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We apply a €5.00 processing fee when paying by business credit cards.
- Dogs are allowed in the rooms and apartments if you let us know in advance (surcharge applies).
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and apartments.
