The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been an important meeting place for both locals and visitors for more than 30 years.
Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as home-made Schlutzkrapfen ravioli with spinach, Knödel dumplings à la maison and home-made spinach Spätzle with ham and cream sauce are prepared using Granny’s secret and closely guarded recipes. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer with your meal. Enjoy our delicious food and drink in the traditional restaurant or in the historic parlour in the listed summer house.
